Cheese haydari, pomegranate molasses walnut kısır, broad bean fava, olive oil black-eyed pea salad, dill
carrot tarator, green beans on an artichoke bed, Ezine white cheese, tomato salad, cucumber salad, mustard
sauce potato salad, seafood salad.

Snacks
Three-cheese vegetable spring rolls, served with dip sauce, calamari.

Main Courses:
Mixed grill plate (180g chicken steak, 120g butcher’s meatballs), mashed potatoes, grilled tomatoes, peppers,
vegetable pilaf from the tavern.
Or grilled fish (sea bass, salmon, or sea bream) with rocket, lemon, and onion rings served with dip sauce.
Seasonal fruits (3 varieties).
